At Mototech271, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Mototech271 account and select the order you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the product is in unworn and unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
